How it works
We explain real conditions upfront: documents, interview, shifts, housing and season discipline.
Age, passport, experience, English level, physical readiness and preferred dates.
The route starts from the employer offer. We review conditions, pay and expectations together.
Forms, deadlines, interview preparation and candidate file control.
Transfer coordination, group departures and first-week preparation.
H-2B is a U.S. nonimmigrant visa for temporary seasonal non-agricultural work. The visa process is initiated by the employer, and we assist candidates with document preparation and step-by-step support throughout the process.
After signing the agreement and receiving the job invitation, the client pays our service fee of $120 and the petition fee of $460.
At a fish processing plant, the monthly income is usually $7,400–$9,800 plus bonuses. On a crab fishing vessel, the monthly income can be around $12,000–$14,000, based on $458 per day. For Repsol platform positions, the salary depends on the specific job offer and position.
At fish processing plants, the employer usually provides shared accommodation. On vessels, accommodation is provided in a cabin. For Repsol positions, housing conditions are confirmed individually for each specific vacancy.
For seafood processing, experience helps but discipline, stamina and overtime readiness matter most. For vessel and Repsol, requirements are higher.
