About the job
Crew members support crab harvesting operations on the vessel. Work depends on weather, quota, trip schedule and vessel needs. Candidates must be ready for a disciplined team environment and changing sea conditions.
Responsibilities
- Support deck operations and gear handling.
- Assist with crab handling, sorting and vessel cleaning.
- Follow captain and crew instructions at all times.
- Maintain safety discipline during trips and changing weather.
Requirements

- Ability to live and work with a crew during trips.
- Strong discipline, safety awareness and reliability.
- Sea-readiness and understanding that the schedule depends on weather and quota.
